Yes, travel costs are included within the Central Texas area. Outside of this area will incur an additional fee for travel. We are ready to serve you anywhere in the State of Texas.

The Bronze Package will receive a 15min - 30min long edited documentary style video. The Silver Package will receive a 30min - 1hr long edited documentary style video. The Gold Package will receive a 1hr or more long edited documentary style video and a 2-5min long cinematic highlight video. The Small/Short Sweet Event packages will receive a short edited documentary style video. Format will be in HD digital on a custom webpage by vimeo.com with a password included. You will then be able to watch, share, and download your video. NOTE, that the video will be on Vimeo for one year, afterwards be taken down and archived. You will need to download your videos before the year is up.

Yes we do! The portrait session is an additional cost and will be delivered on an online gallery which you can download your high-resolution photos and the option to purchase prints from our online store.

We have two packages for photography services with one photographer. 1. Photography Package 1 - Half-day session up to 6 hours with one photographer. 2. All photos will be delivered in digital format on an online gallery which you can view, share, and download your high-resolution photos. You will also have the option to purchase gorgeous prints from our online store. NOTE, that the pictures will be online for one year, afterwards they be taken down and archived. You will need to download your pictures before the year is up.

You will receive around 300 to 400 pictures in our all-day package depending on all the festivities of your event.

Most of the process is done online through an automatization booking service. 1. I will contact you first and discuss the pricing options to best fit your event. 2. After the initial communication, you be given the opportunity to accept the quote online based on what we discussed. 3. Once accepted, the online booking service will walk you though the rest of the process which includes contract signing, filling out a questionnaire form, and paying the online retainer payment.

A 25% retainer payment of your entire service quote is paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before the event.

If you desire to get both video and photo services all-day then we have our special "Platinum" package, making sure we don't miss anything of your celebration. We also provide drone aerial footage to enhance your videos. (1hr session) We provide live streaming for your guests that couldn't make it physically but can watch live. We can take awesome pre-event portraits.
